What is sound healing?
Sound healing, also known as sound therapy or vibrational medicine, is the practice of using sound frequencies to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This ancient practice has been used across cultures for centuries.

This was my 3rd time coming to one of Elizabeth's sound healing sessions. It is one of the best things l've ever done for myself. When you first come you are welcomed with warmth & a feeling of belonging. All 3 have been so different & elevating in its own way. The way that Elizabeth comes around during the session to give one on one healing is indescribable. I never knew that I could leave somewhere feeling so uplifted in spirit. Sound baths have come a new norm for me & I try to go to as many that are offered as I can, as they are so transformative & I can literally feel my stuck chakras opening up little by little each time from the sounds. Such an incredible feeling, you just have to experience to know. I share my experience with anyone in hopes that I can help them & their mental well being as well. Thank you truly Elizabeth. I recently had a private sound bath with Elizabeth and it was incredible and transformative. It was a very welcoming space and she asked me up front if there was anything I wanted to focus on. During the sound bath itself she was able to pinpoint specific emotions to work through, things I had not even mentioned beforehand. She is a very intuitive healer. She explained the process to me beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect from the session. I left feeling like a weight had been lifted off my chest from the release of so many emotions. This was my first sound healing experience and I will absolutely be going back!

Thousands of years ago, the original Ayurvedic scholars, called "rishis," observed that everything in nature, including ourselves, is made of five ayurvedic elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. While these elements are not to be taken literally (rather, they are metaphors for all the molecules and energies that make up our universe), we can find health and harmony in our lives by observing and working to balance these elements through Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, and daily habits/practices.
Through sound yoga therapy and sound meditation, individuals can experience profound shifts in their physical, mental, and emotional states. As they harmonize their inner vibrations with the external world, they embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
